The Sleep Retreat
Join us for a retreat dedicated to improving your sleep health. Learn valuable techniques and tips to help you achieve a restful night's sleep. Gemma will guide you through yoga for insomnia and better sleep, a body scan and belly breathing. Hayley will coach you on establishing good habits for healthy sleep including key topics like hormones, diet and routines.

Fibromyalgia Respite Retreat
Our Fibromyalgia Retreats combine rest, learning, and connection in a safe, supportive environment.
Kate and Gemma lead this incredible retreat exploring the science of pain, somatic tracking, CBT and more.
I will be supporting attendees with diet, exercise, and lifestyle strategies tailored for those with Fibromyalgia. Evidence-informed guidance on nutrition, movement, stress regulation, and sleep.

Reignite Your Spark
A 4-week guided programme exclusively for Mums who are ready to reclaim their health, energy, and confidence
I'm very excited to host this programme alongside Caz Sharman-Robertson (Registered Nutritional Therapist). We are both Mums to young girls and bring a pragmatic and practical approach to your health and wellbeing within a supportive community.
The beauty of a small group (8 people) is that we can pick up other topics of interest along the way and tailor sessions around YOU.
We’ll cover topics such as:

The Mum Hub at The Barn
A welcoming space for parents to connect, share, and grow.
Join us for a weekly gathering designed to support you through the ups and downs of parenthood. Led by Hayley Tucker, qualified Health Coach and fellow mum, this group is all about building community, offering a safe, non-judgemental space to talk, connect, and explore a wide range of health and wellbeing topics.
Each week, we’ll focus on a different theme — from sleep and self-care to identity, boundaries, and everything in between. The content will evolve with the group, shaped by what matters most to you.
Babies, toddlers, and children are absolutely welcome — and so are dads and partners. We want this group to be as accessible and inclusive as possible.
There’ll be tea. There’ll be cake. There’ll be honest conversation and real connection.
