Welcome! I’m Hayley, a Holistic Health Coach supporting individuals who want to feel vibrant, balanced, and empowered in their bodies.

 

My approach combines naturopathic principles, lifestyle medicine, and personalised wellness coaching to help you uncover the root causes of imbalance — not just treat symptoms.

Your body speaks through subtle (and sometimes not-so-subtle) signs. Many of these are preventable and reversible when you listen and respond with care.

All of these areas and more can be explored with the intention to investigate the underlying triggers and address the root causes of any health challenges you are navigating, and to guide your actions/changes to create an environment that allows your body to heal itself.

This is for you if:

  • You are willing to invest in yourself and put time towards this

  • You are open to trusting in a process of self-discovery, trial and error, that can be non-linear

  • You believe you could feel better than you currently do

  • A health professional (like a GP or nutritionist) has advised you to make a change but you need help through the process

  • You are looking for a medical diagnosis

  • You are not ready to make changes in your life (as invested as I am in you, I can’t make changes for you!)

  • You are looking for a quick fix to avoid symptoms/feelings

  • You want a linear sequence of events that lead to a singular ‘answer’ (this might not exist)

What is it?

The Health MOT is for someone wanting to experience the benefits of working on their health in a supportive and nurturing environment. In 45 minutes, we will explore your health history to better understand your body and mind, identify your priority areas to improve your health and co-create a personalised plan towards a transformed you.

Program

6 weeks

Have you got an ongoing issue that you’re struggling to resolve?


Are you overwhelmed by all the information out there and don’t know where to start?


Have you seen a GP but come away feeling unseen and unheard?

Are you ready for a dedicated health expert to listen, support and guide you towards health and healing?

What is it?

I see you as the whole person, not just the symptoms, and together we will identify and address the root cause of your main health concern. Whether that be stubborn weight gain, overwhelm, hormonal changes, bloating, fatigue or brain fog. We will lay the foundations for your health and well-being journey, allowing you to implement sustainable habits that support your health. Work with me to begin your path of healing.

What's included?

  • Initial 90 minute in-depth consultation

  • Three 1:1 sessions every 2 weeks over 6 weeks (in person or online)

  • Full health history to understand your body and mind

  • Unpicking what’s working and what’s not

  • Co-create a plan to resolve your primary health goal and be held accountable

  • An individualised action plan that’s achievable to implement habits that last beyond 6 weeks

  • Free reflective journal

  • Access and support from me and my resources throughout the 6 week programme to address any questions related to your plan

Energise and Thrive
Signature Program

3 months

Are you ready to ditch the overwhelm and transform your health to feel the best you’ve felt in years?

Then this is the package for you!

The energise and thrive signature program will make your health a priority.

What is it?

This is my signature program empowering you to become the expert in your own body and wellbeing. With these carefully planned, bespoke sessions, you will start making those changes for lasting wellness that you’ve been craving. Invest in your health to identify triggers and remedy learned habits that are holding you back from your full health potential. You can gain control over your health and create a positive influence over your family’s wellbeing too in how you show up for them with renewed energy and enthusiasm.

What's included?

  • Initial 90 minute in-depth consultation

  • Six 1:1 sessions every 2 weeks over 12 weeks (in person or online)

  • Full health history to understand your body and mind

  • Unpicking what’s working and what’s not

  • Mindset and habit change work

  • Bespoke nutrition, fitness and lifestyle advice tailored to your needs

  • Co-create plans to achieve your top priority health goals

  • An individualised action plan that’s achievable to implement habits to last beyond 12 weeks

  • Free reflective journal

  • Resources to educate, motivate and support you

  • Access, encouragement and accountability from me for 3 months

£995 or £350/month for 3 months

​If you've completed a coaching programme and would like ongoing support to help you stay on track and enhance your health further, you can continue to work with me on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Hayley was excellent at advising on nourishing foods to eat during my pregnancy and provided some great recipe ideas on high protein meals. It was brilliant to have the time and focus to reflect on my current eating habits and changing my carbohydrate intake from white to wholegrain has been a long-term revolutionary solution for our whole household!
